Delhi Drenched In Rain 12 Out Of 15 Days In September; Will Heavy Showers Continue?

Delhi: The national capital has experienced rain on 12 out of the 15 days in September so far. However, since last Saturday, the weather has cleared up, and the sun has been shining in the capital. This clear weather is expected to continue for the next few days, with only a slight chance of light rain showers for a couple of days next week. For the most part, dry conditions will prevail, with temperatures expected to remain between 34 and 35 degrees Celsius.

Changing Weather ConditionsA noticeable change in weather patterns has begun to emerge. Mornings are staying darker for longer, and the evenings are getting dim earlier. There is no forecast for heavy rains in the capital in the near future. On Sunday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 33.6 degrees Celsius, which is considered normal. The minimum temperature, however, dropped slightly below normal at 23.6 degrees Celsius. Humidity levels varied between 59% and 95%. Weather Forecast for MondayAccording to the forecast, Delhi is expected to have partly cloudy skies on Monday, with strong surface winds blowing at speeds of 20 to 30 kilometres per hour. No rain is expected, with the maximum temperature likely to reach 35 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature around 24 degrees Celsius. The dry weather will continue on 17th September as well, with partly cloudy skies and temperatures ranging from a high of 34 degrees to a low of 23 degrees Celsius. Rain Expected on 18th and 19th SeptemberLight rain is predicted for 18th and 19th September, with cloudy skies and a maximum temperature of 33 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature during these days is expected to stay between 23 and 24 degrees Celsius. After this, the weather will turn dry again from 20th to 21st September, with partly cloudy conditions and temperatures ranging from 34 degrees Celsius during the day to 24 degrees Celsius at night. Monsoon RecapSo far, Delhi has recorded 182.3 mm of rainfall in September, which is 106% more than the normal amount. According to Skymet, the monsoon trough has moved away from Delhi, and no significant weather system is affecting the region. As a result, the weather is expected to stay mostly dry from Monday to Saturday, with only occasional light drizzles.
