A company official, taking to the social media on Friday, said the Realme UI 6.0 update will hit China next month. The update is likely to be an adaptation of ColorOS 15, which Oppo and OnePlus will roll out in the country on October 17, and may arrive with similar features, including several AI-powered ones. Realme recently announced the six AI features for its performance-oriented smartphone, Realme GT 6. It comes in India with some vital AI additions, including Magic Compose, AI Ultra Clarity, AI night mode, and AI Eraser 2.0.

Kangda Leo, Product Manager of realme UI, posted about this on the Chinese social media platform Weibo, announcing that Realme UI 6.0 will be arriving in China in October. The exact date was not confirmed by the official himself, but rumors have it to unveil probably at about the same time as the release of the ColorOS 15 update.

The update reportedly will bring Android 15 to Realme mobile phones. Though the features of the update for Realme are yet unknown, the update is largely believed to include features that Google introduced when it announced its next OS at its developer conference.

Features expected on the list will include Private Space a digital safe for applications users do not want other people to know them using. And improved passkey support which will feature sign-in capability and will support favorites for saving favorite split-screen combinations. OS-level support for app archiving/unarchiving will also arrive on Smartphones.

For developers, it may roll out new ways to further fine-tune the app experience. They may be able to improve its performance for running on any Android release. It brings Matrix44 and other canvas drawing capabilities to developers’ desk: it allows developers to manipulate the canvas in 3D, besides enabling complex shapes by intersecting either the current shader or a difference of the current shader.

A further report states that Android 15 is also expected to implement the use of Bluetooth LE Audio in a bid to take the smartphone spatial audio experience to the next level.
