Mass shooting in Israel's Tel Aviv in suspected terror attack

Israeli authorities have reported a shooting attack in Tel Aviv on the boundary with Jaffa on Tuesday, with several casualties. The Israeli police confirmed that gunmen opened fire in the country's commercial capital, sparking a swift response from emergency services.

Television footage showed the attackers disembarking at a light rail station before opening fire on civilians. According to Israeli media, at least four people were seriously injured in the attack. The Magen David Adom (MDA) ambulance service said it received the first report of gunfire at 7:01 p.m. local time (1601 GMT).

Medics and paramedics arrived on the scene, providing urgent medical care to the wounded, many of whom were unconscious. The victims suffered varying degrees of injuries, with critical cases being prioritized for immediate transport to nearby hospitals.
