HYDERABAD: Hyderabad police have registered a criminal case against Union home minister Amit Shah , his cabinet colleague G Kishan Reddy and others for allegedly involving children in their recent election rally in violation of the model code of conduct. The children were allegedly holding BJP placards and balloons, and were made to stand on the dais along with the ministers and other BJP functionaries.
Shah was named accused no. 3 in the FIR registered by Moghalpura police on Thursday, after TPCC senior vice-president G Niranjan lodged a complaint with Telangana’s chief electoral officer.
