BENGALURU: Karnataka police 's SIT is anticipating the arrival of JD(S) MP Prajwal Revanna in Bengaluru past Sunday midnight or in early hours of Monday to surrender before the team investigating sleaze videos allegedly linked to him.

The 33-year-old MP had reportedly flown out of the country early April 27 on a diplomatic passport and is suspected to be in Germany.

An SIT team has been camping in Bengaluru airport since Sunday afternoon.

Officials ruled out the possibility of Prajwal flying to Goa or Mangaluru airports.

He is expected to land from Dubai, according to unconfirmed reports.

Karnataka home minister G Parameshwara confirmed Sunday that an Interpol blue corner notice has been issued against Prajwal to locate him.

According to sources, Prajwal's father and MLA HD Revanna and an advocate advised him Saturday to surrender.

Prajwal has been charged in two cases - for sexually harassing a former domestic help and repeatedly raping a former panchayat member.

Revanna spoke to his son after his anticipatory bail plea was rejected Saturday evening in a case pertaining to the kidnapping of a woman complainant in the sex scandal. He was later arrested.
