Send Push
NEW DELHI: With a petitioner lawyer refusing to adhere to court decorum and raising his voice despite being warned, Supreme Court on Tuesday called in security to take him out of the courtroom.

A bench of Justices Bela M Trivedi and Satish Chandra Sharma refused to entertain a petition seeking probe against former CJI Ranjan Gogoi for passing an adverse order against the petitioner, and also ordered security to take the petitioner out as he continued to argue and make allegations even after the order was dictated.

Petitioner-lawyer Arun Ramchandra Hublikar had sought an in-house inquiry against Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi for dismissing his case related to a service dispute.
