The US announced on Thursday that President Joe Biden will host the fourth in-person Quad summit in Wilmington, Delaware on Sept 21 with leaders of India, Australia and Japan. Wilmington is Biden's hometown in Delaware , a state he represented in Senate for 36 years.
This will be Biden's first time hosting foreign leaders in Wilmington as President - a reflection of his deep personal relationships with each of them, and the importance of Quad to all our countries , said the announcement.
