BHOPAL: Guna police rescued a six-month-old girl, kidnapped for Rs 14 lakh ransom on Saturday, within four hours of the crime .
The kidnapping occured at 6 pm in Guna's Aron town. The accused approached the girl's grandfather - who was out on a walk - on the pretext of inquiring a address, and forcibly snatched the child from him.
Police identified four suspects using CCTV footage. As negotiations progressed, the kidnappers agreed to return the girl through a mediator. However, upon noticing police teams, they fled from the spot. Eventually, the girl was safely reunited with her family around 10 pm.
