NFL legend Terry Bradshaw has expressed his strong support for Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Justin Fields in a recent interview with TMZ Sports. Bradshaw believes Fields has demonstrated enough skill and capability to retain his starting role amid questions surrounding the Steelers' quarterback situation, as the team prepares for their upcoming matchup against the New York Jets. The Pittsburgh Steelers will switch to Russell Wilson as their starting quarterback against the New York Jets, despite their 4-2 record with Justin Fields.

Hall of Fame quarterback Terry Bradshaw made his choice between Justin Fields and Russell Wilson in a conversation with TMZ Sports, as Pittsburgh coach Mike Tomlin weighs his options in the ongoing quarterback controversy between the franchise and the greatest quarterback in Steelers history. "(Fields has) played well enough to keep the job, in my opinion," Bradshaw said.

The former Chicago Bears quarterback has been a consistent player for the Steelers this season, achieving five touchdowns and five runs. "I'm gonna stay with Fields," Bradshaw said. "I think he's played really good. He's such a great athlete, he can throw. ... I think he just fits the team he has right now." The Steelers' decision will be closely monitored as they face the New York Jets on Sunday Night Football with a score of 4-2.

Fields has led the Steelers to victories over the Falcons, Broncos, Chargers, and Raiders, while Pittsburgh's losses have been one-score games. The Steelers could be a few plays away from a 6-0 record. Fields has not shown impressive stats this season. He ranks 15th in passer rating, 16th in completion percentage, 20th in touchdown passes, 22nd in passing yards, and 25th in passing yards per game. However, he is one of four QBs this season to throw five or more touchdown passes with one or fewer interceptions. Fields is also first in rushing touchdowns and ranks fourth in rushing yards.
