It's not just a gift; it's a pocket-sized burst of joy for them,” said Hyderabad-based Fatima Yaseen and Hajra Yaseen, who run a hamper curating business online, adding, “Very easy on the pocket, these are mostly being ordered by parents for their kids.”

Beyond the simple exchange of money, a desire for lasting mementos is shaping this year's Eid gifting, with personalized keepsakes taking center stage. “We're seeing a beautiful shift towards Eidi that's both a gift and a memory. Those sleek acrylic envelopes, etched with their names, and elegant wooden cases, personalized – not just hold money but also a piece of the celebration. It's become a keepsake, a tangible reminder of the joy and love shared, long after the Eid festivities have ended,” said Sanya Mansuri, a resin artist and hamper curator.
