Legendary Indian cricketer MS Dhoni's wife Sakshi was present at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Sunday (April 28) to watch the IPL 2024 match between Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad. In match No. 46 of the IPL 2024, CSK got the better of SRH by 78 runs to register their fifth win in nine matches played so far this season and jump to No. 3 position in the points table. During the match against SRH, Dhoni came out to bat at No. 5 for CSK, and he opened his account with a boundary on the first ball he faced off T. Natarajan’s final over of CSK’s innings.

After Dhoni smashed a boundary to get off the mark, his wife Sakshi, who was watching the match from the stands, gave a stunning reaction, and the video of her celebration after Dhoni's four is now going viral on the internet.

CSK’s win over SRH was Dhoni’s 150th IPL win as a player, and he’s the first one to win 150 matches. Ravindra Jadeja and Rohit Sharma are second on the list with 133 wins each.

During the match against SRH, captain Ruturaj Gaikwad top-scored for CSK by making 98 runs from 54 balls. Apart from him, New Zealand all-rounder Daryl Mitchell, who was signed for Rs 14 crore by CSK in the IPL 2024 auction, scored 52 runs from 32 balls, and all-rounder Shivam Dube remained unbeaten on 39 runs from 20 balls. Dube, who has impressed everyone with his power hitting in IPL 2024, smacked four sixes during his stay at the crease on Sunday.

In reply to the 213-run target, SRH was only able to score 134 runs in 18.5 overs. Former skipper Aiden Markram scored 32 runs from 26 balls for the visitors, who have now lost two matches in a row. Tushar Deshpande finished as the leading wicket-taker for CSK. In his quota of three overs, he picked up four wickets for 27 runs. Apart from him, two batters each were dismissed by CSK’s overseas duo of Mustafizur Rahman and Matheesha Pathirana.
