Face Value The total payout will be based on the face value of Rs 10 per share.

Shareholders Approval For Dividend PayoutThis significant dividend payout is subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), slated to convene on August 8.

Abbott India: Dividend Date Or Date Of RecordIf given the green light by shareholders, the final dividend for the fiscal year 2023-24 will be distributed on or after August 13, as per Abbott India's statement.
