Donald Trump has touched down in the UK for his second state visit, where he was greeted by royals, politicians and thousands of protesters.
A giant photograph of paedophile monster Jeffrey Epstein smiling with the US President was unveiled outside Windsor Castle before Air Force One touched down, with the visit being branded a "catastrophic" failure of judgement by Sir Keir Starmer.
Protest group the Stop Trump Coalition also declared it was a "shameful and humiliating" moment for the UK. The news emerges as Trump deals humiliating blow to Keir Starmer as he lands in UK.
Body language expert analyzes Trump's careful arrival
Now, body language expert Inbaal Honigman has provided an exclusive commentary on behalf of Covers.com, analyzing the President's calculated descent from the aircraft.
"As Trump descends the stairs from the aircraft, his focus is on walking together, side by side with his wife," he said.
"He takes measured, precise steps, and is perfectly in-step with Melania, as if they decided beforehand that they would walk down together.
"He doesn't raise his head, perhaps finding the walk down the stairs a little tricky."
Crowds of demonstrators gather at Windsor
The President was met by Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper and The Viscount Hood, Lord in Waiting, on behalf of the King, at Stansted. His arrival has also drawn huge crowds to Windsor, with demonstrators chanting: "Say it loud, say it clear, Donald Trump's not welcome here."
The expert revealed that Trump has had quite a lot of attention in his past state visit in 2019 for walking far ahead of Melania, not to mention walking ahead of the late Queen, and it is likely that he's not interested in that kind of coverage again, as it made him appear disrespectful.
Trump's focused approach to avoid past mistakes
"This could be the reason for the extra focus he is giving to the job of walking downstairs," said Inbaal.
"A journey down some airplane steps may not appear like a huge deal to some, but in the President's case, he's clearly doing his best to perform this task well.
"Once on terra firma, the Leader of the Free World is showing a slight discrepancy between his facial expressions and his body language.
"Facially, his smile is bright, friendly and genuine. He appears happy, smiling with his teeth, eyes crinkled. Trump appears delighted to be meeting everyone.
Expert reveals Trump's controlled performance
"In terms of body language, however, there's an interesting element to his arm and hand resting stiffly by his side.
"He's shaking hands, even saluting with his right hand, but he also appears quite determined not to fall into old habits of overusing his left hand.
"This means that he is overthinking the occasion, and not allowing himself to behave completely naturally.
"He's trying to make a good impression on his British hosts."
