Since 2010, ITV viewers have seen Lorraine Kelly front her own self-titled stand alone show, after having a small segment on GMTV.
However, the 65-year-old has revealed there's one major drawback when it comes to presenting on TV and speaking with her guests.
This comes just days after the ITV star was quick to comfortone guest on her show who had tragically lost her daughter.
On Tuesday's episode, Lorraine was speaking to Sonali Shah and Rishi Davda about Madonna's recent appearance on Jay Shetty's podcast, On Purpose.
With the whole interview lasting over two hours, the ITV stars touched on how podcasts allow celebrities to go more in-depth when speaking about their lives.
Rishi commented: "This podcast format is something that a lot of celebrities are gravitating towards. Historically, you would get a small period of time, you know 90 seconds or a two minute interview.
"The most popular ones now are 2 and a half hours, sat down with a podcaster just talking, you might end up going into how you got stage fright when you were four years old. But, there seems to be a real interest in peeling back the layers."
Agreeing, Lorraine confessed: "Oh, definitely, that's one of the real drawbacks of doing this. I only get to talk to people for about six-minute chunks.
"That's why I love doing the podcast, because when you talk to someone on a podcast, you're right, you can really get to know the person, it's so fascinating"

Her comments come following the news that ITV are cutting her show back from one hour to half an hour next year.
Along with the time being cut down, Lorraine's show will only air for 30 weeks of the year, a huge change from its current full-year run.
Loose Women is also facing a change, with their show only set to air for 30 weeks, the same adjustment to Lorraine.
Meanwhile, Good Morning Britain will gain an extra half an hour, finishing at 9:30 am. Although during the weeks Lorraine isn't on, the show will finish at 10am.
Speaking about the changes, Kevin Lygo, Managing Director of ITV's Media and Entertainment Division said: "Daytime is a really important part of what we do, and these scheduling and production changes will enable us to continue to deliver a schedule providing viewers with the news, debate and discussion they love from the presenters they know and trust as well generating savings which will allow us to reinvest across the programme budget in other genres.
"These changes also allow us to consolidate our news operations and expand our national, international and regional news output and to build upon our proud history of trusted journalism at a time when our viewers need accurate, unbiased news coverage more than ever."
Lorraine is available to watch on ITVX.
