Netflix's latest gripping limited series, Sirens, has landed and it's sure to keep viewers on the edge of their seats.

The fresh addition to the streaming giant's roster is set to be a smash hit with subscribers now that it's available for viewing.

The plot revolves around Devon, who suspects her sister Simone (played by Milly Alcock) is in an unsettling relationship with her new boss, the mysterious socialite Michaela Kell, portrayed by Julianne Moore.

Simone is drawn into Michaela's cult-like luxurious lifestyle, prompting Devon to plan an intervention, unaware of the formidable adversary she will face in Michaela.

Unfolding over one explosive weekend at The Kells' opulent island estate, Sirens offers a sharp, sensual, and darkly humorous examination of women, power, and class.

Sirens was adapted from Molly Smith Metzler's play Elemeno Pea by the playwright herself. She has also written several episodes of the US version of Shameless as well as more than a dozen instalments of Orange Is The New Black, reports the .

The Perfect Couple was reportedly Netflix's most viewed series in the latter half of last year. It's no wonder then that a second season is rumoured to be in the works.

However, it is set to morph into an anthology series, adapting different novels by Elin Hilderbrand, the author of the original Perfect Couple novel.
