F1 LIVE: Max Verstappen sparks concern as former team return after 15-year absence

F1 is set to return for the final leg of 2024 with a gruelling six races packed into the remaining weeks of the season. and Lando Norris are locked in a fight for the Drivers' Championship, while McLaren have pulled clear of Red Bull in the Constructors'.

The 20 drivers and 10 teams will head to the United States Grand Prix in Austin to begin the American leg, with races in Las Vegas, Brazil and Mexico still to come.

It promises to be a close fight at the front, with Norris gradually narrowing the 52-point gap out front to Verstappen. The Dutchman will be looking over his shoulder again as the Papaya are expected to go strong at the Circuit of the Americas in eight days' time.
