In an interview given to a website last year, Gehna had said, I belong to a small village in Chhattisgarh. I was good at studies since childhood. I got 163rd rank in IIT JEE but I always wanted to become an actress. This is the reason why I moved to Mumbai. I came to Mumbai in 2011. I searched a lot here for a year but did not get work. I used to give auditions at many places but things did not work out. One day I met a person who introduced himself as a director in Balaji Telefilms. I needed work because I had to run the house too.

He invited me to his house to meet him. I went to his house after being convinced by his words. He explained to me that if I want to work in the film industry, I will have to leave my shyness and be a little open. Then he told me that suppose you are asked to drink alcohol in a scene, then how you will act. Drink this alcohol kept on the table and show me your acting. I refused a lot but he did not listen, finally I drank alcohol and I became very intoxicated. Taking advantage of this, he raped me.

I was unconscious, when I regained consciousness; I somehow managed to get out of there. My condition was bad, so somehow I reached home with the help of some people, but I was again admitted to the hospital for a week in a bad condition. After recovering from this incident, I again started searching for work and when I did not get work anywhere, I turned to B grade films.

Let us tell you that in 2021, Gehna was accused of making porn and adult content in Raj Kundra’s company. The police also arrested her. After spending some time in jail, Gehna was released on bail. Gehna had said that she only made erotic content. She had no idea what else happened in Raj Kundra’s company.
