Wednesday fans had to do a double take as they realised why they recognised the mysterious Willow Hill woman.

Wednesday managed to free all of them, including a scared woman who needed some encouragement from the morbid teen before making her escape.
Subscribers couldn’t get a good look at the woman until the second batch of episodes with many now discovering why the actress was so familiar.
Willow Hill’s mysterious woman is portrayed by none other than actress Frances O’Connor who famously portrayed Rose Selfridge in ITV ’s hit period drama Mr Selfridge.
The four season drama which debuted in 2013 told the real-life story of American entrepreneur Harry Gordon Selfridge (Jeremy Piven), who moved to London with his wife Rose (O’Connor), their children and mother-in-law to establish the iconic Selfridges department store.
Apart from the ITV series, the British-Australian actress has had roles in The Missing, Once Upon A Time, Cleverman, Troy: Fall of a City and The Twelve.
But it is soon realised in the second half of Wednesday season two that there is far more to the unknown woman’s backstory than initially revealed.
After paying a visit to Morticia Addams (Catherine Zeta-Jones), it comes out that the woman is actually Francoise Galpin, Tyler Galpin’s (Hunter Doohan) mum.
He thought she had died years ago when she had actually been captured by Augustus Stonehurst (Phillip Philmar) so he could experiment on her.
What makes her return even more interesting is the fact that Francoise is a Hyde like her son, sharing her true identity just as Tyler in Hyde form is about to attack Wednesday.
So with Tyler now reunited with Francoise, what will it mean for his future in the Addams Family spin-off?
Wednesday is available to watch on Netflix.
