Thousands of people have been left unable to access their online banking app after a major technical error.
Banking giant TSB has been experiencing widespread outages this morning with Down Detector, which monitors site outages, having seen over 2,100 reports of issues. The problems seem to be with the mobile banking app and TSB's banking banking website. Reports of issues began around 8am this morning and continue to be ongoing.
The high street bank has confirmed problems in a post on its X - formerly page. The bank said: "We're sorry that some of our customers are facing problems accessing our services this morning. Our teams are working to resolve this."
TSB customers have taken to social media to share their frustration. One X user said: "Still not working today, same problem as everyone else has posted here, cannot login to Internet banking website using browser. Session token error message, repeated cookie pop ups and logs me out when I click on anything. Please advise how this can be fixed as soon as possible."
