In EastEnders there is a mystery new arrival causing chaos for two sisters, while there's a big decision to be made and another character is meddling once more. We'll also see one resident trying to dismiss concerns from others.

Over in Emmerdale village, one resident is unsettled about something while another family face some upsetting news. There's also encouragement from one resident for another.

EastEnders

It's a big week in Walford according to spoilers for a couple of weeks time. Characters taking centre stage include Sonia Fowler, Bianca Jackson and Nigel Bates.

But there's a newcomer it seems, or possibly a return. Either way, a mystery arrival leaves Bianca and sister Sonia reeling.

Whoever it is stuns the pair, and soon Sonia makes a shocking discovery ahead of her exit from the soap. Spoilers do not detail what it is that shocks her, just that something comes to light and soon Sonia is forced to consider a big decision.

Elsewhere, Mo Harris and Kim Fox join forces and they are soon causing offence. Jean Slater struggles with granddaughter Lily Slater's behaviour amidst her grief after her father Martin's recent death.

Pressure mounts for one character, who then comes to another's rescue. Nicola Mitchell is soon meddling in a situation, while Nigel continues to dismiss the concerns of his close friends as he continues to struggle.

Emmerdale

Over in the Dales, and there's a mixture of drama and surprises. Kim Tate is left seriously unsettled after a worrying exchange with someone close to her.

One character takes matters into their own hands in one mystery plot, with encouragement from Kerry Wyatt. But who is she helping, and what are they taking on?

There's also said to be an upsetting bit of news for one family with a big, concerning development ahead amid an ongoing plot. Who this impacts remains to be seen! Meanwhile Caleb Miligan springs into action after growing suspicious about something.

He's not the only one left suspicious it seems, as Aaron Dingle's hopes to push on with his wedding plans with John Sugden get a surprising reaction from the latter. What is John hiding?

Coronation Street

Finally, we can expect trouble ahead in Weatherfield for more than one resident of the cobbles. One character extends a major and thoughtful offer to Todd Grimshaw amid his drama with love interest Theo Silverton.

But will he take the offer, and what could it be? The same can't be said for Sean Tully, who gets an unexpected phone call in upcoming episodes. As Brody piles on the pressure and continues to threaten his son Dylan's safety, how far will Sean go?

It's not clear who it is from or what it is about, but what has been teased is that what he hears leaves him very worried and on edge. There's also new stuff on the way for Kit Green ahead of a huge summer storyline for the dodgy detective.
