Christine Lampard opened up about having a blended family with . star Frank met the then Christine Bleakley at The Pride of Britain Awards in London back in October 2009 and they went on to tie the knot in 2015.
Fast forward 16 years and the love birds are happily married, sharing two children - Patricia, 6, and Freddie, 4 - while Frank also has teenagers Luna, 19, and Isla, 17, from a previous relationship with Spanish model Elen Rivas. In a new interview, star Christine talked about what it's like having a blended family, saying it quickly felt 'normal'.

However, it wasn't always as simple as she admitted to : "It’s hard for all parties, that’s the truth. It can be difficult when there is emotion involved.
“You have to navigate everyone’s feelings and not just think about yourself in order to try to make it a happy ship. What I would say is you can absolutely get there. Some people have awful times, but then it’s brilliant."
She went on to say it's important to prioritise the children and added she 'never stepped out on any boundaries'.

Frank recently discussed his family life with Chirstine as he explained how having two young children "does bring responsibilities", before praising Christine for having her successful career while "pretty much being a full-time mum."
He said to "We try to find the right work-life balance and support each other and it helps that we understand each other’s lives, as both our jobs are pretty intense and scrutinised.
"But I'd be lying if I didn’t say Christine takes more responsibility for our children, she’s a fantastic mum."
Frank, 46, has an incredible football record, even being Chelsea’s highest goal scorer of all time. Speaking on : The Podcast this year, Christine admitted that living up to his own name brought plenty of pressure on Frank’s shoulders.
“I remember often when he was playing, and the pressures of, you know, doing a job where there's millions of people watching you…
"I think it was even pre-he and I getting together, and there were a couple of moments obviously where it didn't go according to plan, when you're playing for your country and you've got the entire country pointing at you afterwards."
Christine said he would take personal or team losses to heart, impacting his social life and mood even while off the pitch.
