UP: 12 o'clock at night, 4 miscreants hijack a bus... 36 passengers' heartbeats increased; how did the police save them?

An attempt was made to hijack a sleeper bus in Jalaun, UP. But the police foiled it. The bus was going from Kanpur to Ahmedabad. Then in Jalaun, the bus driver and conductor got into an argument with four people. After this, the four took over the bus and started driving it. When the passengers raised an alarm, the police passing by stopped the bus. All the four people were taken into custody.

Police foiled an attempt to hijack a bus in Jalaun.

Four people tried to hijack a bus going to Ahmedabad in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. They beat up the driver and conductor. They also took control of the bus. Then they started driving it at a high speed. But the passengers started screaming in the meantime. As soon as the policemen passing by heard the screams of the passengers, they showed alertness and stopped the bus. The four miscreants who had hijacked the bus were taken into custody. In this way, the lives of 36 passengers including the driver-conductor were narrowly saved.

The incident is from Orai police station area of Jalaun. Here a sleeper bus of Maa Vaishno Travels was going from Kanpur to Ahmedabad with passengers. The bus reached Kalpi bus stand in Orai, Jalaun at 12 o'clock on Friday night. Here four people sitting in the bus started arguing with the driver and conductor regarding boarding and deboarding of passengers. Those four people started beating the driver and conductor over this matter.

Not only this, those four people also beat up some passengers sitting in the bus. They also beat up the driver and removed him from the steering of the bus. One of the goons himself sat there and started driving the bus fast. All four of them had tried to hijack the bus. Then the passengers sitting in the bus started making noise. Meanwhile, the Orai Kotwali police, which was on picket at night, as soon as they heard the noise of the passengers sitting in the bus, stopped the bus by parking their vehicle in front of it. As soon as all the people who had hijacked the bus saw the police, they immediately stopped the bus at the district hospital and hid in the bus itself.

Passengers made noise

As soon as the bus stopped, the passengers opened the gate and started getting down making noise. The policemen asked the passengers the reason for making noise. On which the passengers accused those four people of assault and hijacking the bus. The police then caught the four people hiding in the bus and took them into custody and brought them to the police station. They started interrogating everyone.

The accused gave clarification

Inspector in-charge of Orai police station Ajay Brahma Tiwari said that the accused have given their explanation. They said that they were drunk. In this sequence, when they had an argument with the bus driver and conductor, they did all this to scare them. They did not hijack the bus. At present, investigation is going on against the four accused.
