Party Chief Madan Rathore Prepares for Major Organizational Changes

Jaipur: The Rajasthan BJP is gearing up for a significant organizational overhaul as party chief Madan Rathore prepares to finalize crucial appointments and form a new executive committee. A high-level meeting will soon take place to discuss key changes at the state, district, and mandal levels, setting the stage for a revamped leadership team.

Finalizing the New Executive Team

With the majority of organizational elections now complete, only four district president positions remain vacant. This paves the way for Madan Rathore to assemble his brand-new team, which is expected to be officially announced by April 2025. The restructuring will prioritize regional and caste balance, with a focus on youth, OBC, Dalit, and tribal leaders. Reports suggest that nearly 50% of the old leadership may be replaced, making way for fresh faces.

Despite these changes, some structural gaps remain, particularly in the appointment of booth presidents and mandal committees, which are yet to be finalized.

Senior Leaders Likely to Be Dropped

With new leaders set to take charge, speculation is rife over which senior figures might lose their positions. Sources indicate that several veteran BJP leaders, including Rajya Sabha MP Chunni Lal Garasiya, Farmer Commission Chairman C.R. Chaudhary, Bhilwara MP Damodar Agarwal, Omprakash Bhadana, Shravan Singh Bagdi, Santosh Ahlawat, and Mukesh Dadheech, may be on their way out. The restructuring reflects the party's commitment to injecting fresh energy and grassroots leadership into its ranks.

BJP's Roadmap for 2028 Elections

The Rajasthan Assembly elections are set for 2028, aligning with the tenure of BJP state president Madan Rathore. With a long-term vision in mind, the party is actively reshaping its structure to ensure a stronger grassroots network. Special emphasis is being placed on mobilizing young and emerging leaders, as well as strengthening booth-level presence through strategic appointments.

The BJP believes that empowering tribal and Dalit leaders will enhance its outreach and create a stronger voter base. By focusing on these key demographics, the party aims to solidify its electoral prospects and secure a decisive victory in 2028.

With the upcoming organizational revamp, Rajasthan’s political landscape is set for a major transformation. The BJP’s strategic shift signals a new era of leadership, grassroots engagement, and electoral preparedness in the state.
