Khesari Lal Yadav: Famous Bhojpuri film actor Khesari Lal Yadav's troubles may increase, as a chargesheet has been filed against him in a cheque bounce case. This case started when Khesari Lal Yadav gave a cheque after buying land, which bounced. A chargesheet was presented against Khesari Lal in the court of ADJ Rakesh Kumar of Chhapra Civil Court. The court has fixed September 19 for hearing the case. In this hearing, Khesari Lal appeared in the court and also presented evidence of his side.

Khesari Lal Yadav accused of check bounce

This case was registered by Mrityunjay Pandey, a resident of Rasulpur police station area. Pandey had sold 18 dhur land to Khesari Lal's wife Chanda Devi for Rs 22 lakh 7000. In this purchase, Khesari Lal had given Rs 4 lakh in cash, but due to not getting possession of the land, he held the cheque of Rs 18 lakh. When the cheque was not paid, Mrityunjay Pandey lodged an FIR at Rasulpur police station on 16 August 2019. After investigation and hearing of this case, the court presented a charge sheet against Khesari Lal.

The case started with a land purchase dispute

However, Khesari Lal may get some relief in this case, as the victim Mrityunjay Pandey has now presented a settlement in this case. This is making it likely that Khesari Lal's legal troubles may reduce. Settlement means that an agreement has been reached between the two parties, which can help settle the matter out of court.

Khesari Lal presented his evidence

Khesari Lal Yadav clarified on this whole matter and said that he had stopped the money from the bank because the mutation of the land was not done. There was sufficient money in his bank account, and he claimed that there was Rs 50 lakh in the bank. He also said that if the mutation process is not completed, he himself will file an FIR against the land owner for fraud.

Compromise presented by the victim

The matter is now in court, and only after the hearing on September 19 will it be clear whether Khesari Lal Yadav gets legal relief or his troubles increase further. The actor has made it clear that he has not committed any kind of fraud, and if the legal process of the land is not completed, he is ready to take legal action.
