VIDEO: Varun Dhawan & Ahan Shetty Get 'Lost' In Pune, Take Metro Ride From Nal Stop Amid Citywide Road Closures

Varun Dhawan and Ahan Shetty, who are in Pune for the shoot of Border 2, took a ride on the Pune Metro in the city.

The actors were seen travelling in the Metro while commuters clicked pictures of them and looked at them with amusement.

Varun was heard saying, “Right now we are in Pune and we are pretty lost, so Ahan and I are getting on this Metro and trying to get to our hotel.”

For the uninitiated, several arterial roads in Pune are closed due to the Ashadhi Wari procession passing through the city, which might have led the actors to take the Metro.

In the video, they were seen taking the escalator at Nal Stop Metro Station on the Aqua Line of the Pune Metro.

Pune: Sunny Deol, Varun, Diljit & Ahan Start ‘Border 2’ Shoot At NDA In Khadakwasla

Varun is currently busy shooting for "Border 2" with Diljit Dosanjh, Ahan Shetty and Sunny Deol for the third schedule at Pune's National Defence Academy.

Backed by a powerful production team including Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, J.P. Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta, and directed by Anurag Singh, Border 2 is presented by Gulshan Kumar & T-Series, in association with J.P. Dutta's J.P. Films. A sequel to the 1997 war drama "Border", the movie is believed to be based on India and Pakistan's Kargil War of 1999. Presented by Gulshan Kumar's T-Series, along with JP Dutta's J.P. Films, "Border 2" is likely to be released in the theatres on January 23, 2026.
