PM Narendra Modi To Flag Off New Vande Bharat And Valsad-Dahod Express Trains On May 26

Prime Minister, Narendra Modi will be flagging off the inaugural train services of the new Vande Bharat Express as well Valsad – Dahod Express Train through video conferencing from Dahod, Gujarat on 26th May, 2025.

According to  Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, Vineet Abhishek, Train No. 26901 Sabarmati – Veraval Vande Bharat Express will commence from 27th May, 2025. This train will depart from Sabarmati at 05:25 am and will reach Veraval at 12:25 noon, the same day and will run all days except Thursday. Similarly, Train No. 26902 Veraval – Sabarmati Vande Bharat Express will commence from 27th May, 2025. This train will depart from Veraval at 2:40 pm hrs and will reach Sabarmati at 9:35 pm, the same day and will run all days except Thursday.

Enroute, the train will halt at Viramgam, Surendranagar, Wankaner, Rajkot & Junagadh stations in both directions. This train comprises of AC Chair Car and Executive Chair Car.

Western Railway will also be introducing a new Daily Express between Valsad and Dahod with a view to fulfill the demand of people from both these areas.

Train No. 09011 Valsad – Dahod Superfast Special (Inaugural Run)

Train No. 09011 Valsad – Dahod Superfast Special will depart on 26th May, 2025 from Valsad at 11:30  am to reach Dahod at 5 :25 pm the same day. Enroute the above train will halt at Bilimora, Navsari, Surat, Ankleshwar, Bharuch, Miyagam Karjan, Vadodara, Samlaya, Derol, Godhra, Piplod and Limkheda stations in both the directions.

The train comprises of AC Chair Car, Second Class Sitting and General Second Class coaches

Train No. 19011/19012 Valsad – Dahod  Express (Regular Run)

Train No. 19011/ 19012 Valsad – Dahod Express will commence its regular run from 27th May, 2025. This train will depart from Valsad at 05:15 am and reach Dahod at 11:05 am, the same day. Similarly, Train No. 19012 Dahod - Valsad Express will commence its regular run from 27th May, 2025. This train will depart from Dahod at 11:55 am and reach Valsad at 8:05 pm, the same day.

Enroute the above trains will halt at Bilimora, Navsari, Surat, Ankleshwar, Bharuch, Miyagam Karjan, Vadodara, Samlaya, Derol, Godhra, Piplod and Limkheda stations in both the directions.

The train comprises of AC Chair Car, Second Class Sitting and General Second Class coaches

Booking for Train Nos. 26901/26902 will open from 25th May, 2025 at PRS counters and IRCTC website. Similarly, the booking of the inaugural run of Train No. 09011 as well as the booking of regular runs of Train No. 19011 /19012 will open from 25th May, 2025 at PRS counters and on IRCTC website.
