Data is available through these three options regarding the app
You can get information about how many times you have opened WhatsApp by clicking on Times Opened.
You can get information about how many notifications are received on WhatsApp by clicking on Notification Received.
You can get information about how much time you spend on the app through Screen Time.

Settings highlights
The special thing about this setting is that you can get a whole week's data regarding any app.
You can see the information about which days in the whole week you used WhatsApp the most through a bar graph.
By clicking on each day's data, information about the highest and lowest hours spent on the app can be found.

Know how many hours you used WhatsApp in a day
First of all you have to go to the settings of the phone.
Now scroll down and come to Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls.
By clicking on this option, the data of phone usage in hours will be visible on the screen.
Here you have to click on WhatsApp.
By doing this, the time spent on WhatsApp throughout the day will be visible on the screen in minutes and hours.
