For the unversed, Sonnalli Seygall essayed the role of sexy Rhea in Pyaar Ka Punchnama. In Sonu Ki Titu Ki Sweety, she was once again seen in a glam avatar. After these two films, she has been offered a lot of similar roles and she isn't quite thrilled about it. She says she wants to roles that explore more of her talent.

"I wouldn't call it objectify. Maybe that was slightly true in 'Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety'. But, when you are offered roles like that, I personally don't look at them as objectification, but yes, I do feel that I got type cast. It was not out of choice. It was not that I chose those parts and I only wanted to play glamorous, sexy characters," she was quoted as saying by IANS.
She was once even asked to make unnatural changes to her body. When she refused, she lost the role.
