Eligibility for application to ALP posts

To apply for Assistant Loco Pilot Recruitment, the candidates must have passed ITI with 10th from a recognized board/institute, or the candidate should have obtained a diploma in engineering with 10th. Candidates who have obtained an engineering degree are also eligible to apply for this recruitment. Along with this, the minimum age of the candidate should not be less than 18 years, and the maximum age should not be more than 30 years. OBC will be given 3 years' relaxation in upper age and SC / ST category will be given 5 years' relaxation. Along with this, other reserved categories and ex-servicemen have also been given relaxation in upper age as per rules.
