NEET UG 2024 exam is to be held tomorrow i.e. on 5th May, for which only a few hours are left. All the candidates who have applied for this examination and will appear in the examination can read the guidelines given below.

NEET UG 2024: This news can prove to be very beneficial for all the candidates who are going to appear in this year's NEET UG examination. The National Testing Agency is all set to conduct the NEET UG 2024 exam tomorrow i.e. on 5th May 2024. In such a situation, all the candidates who are going to participate in the NEET UG 2024 examination can read the guidelines given through the points given below.

What to take to the exam hall

Admit card and passport size photograph pasted on it
A passport size photograph will have to be affixed on the attendance sheet.
Valid original identity card, PWBD certificate (if applicable), if applicable.
A post card size (4"X6") color photograph with white background should be pasted on the downloaded proforma along with the admit card and handed over to the invigilator at the centre.

What not to take with you to the exam hall

Candidates are not allowed to carry the following items into the NEET UG 2024 examination hall:

  • geometry or pencil box
  • handbag or purse
  • Paper, stationery or textual matter of any kind, printed or written
  • Food items (open or packaged)
  • Water
  • Mobile phones, earphones, microphones, pagers, calculators, document pens, slide rules, log tables, cameras, tape recorders, electronic watches equipped with calculators, any metal object or electronic gadget or equipment
  • Dress Code for Male Candidates
  • The only acceptable attire for male candidates is half sleeve shirt and T-shirt.
  • Male candidates are allowed to wear plain pants or trousers equipped with pockets.
  • The attire of male candidates should not include heavy garments with zip pockets, large buttons, sequins or embroidery.
  • Male candidates are advised to choose light and plain clothes

What is the dress code for female candidates?

  • Female candidates are prohibited from wearing brooches, flowers, badges or jeans.
  • Decorative items like earrings, nose rings, pendants, necklaces, etc. are strongly discouraged for female candidates in the examination hall.
  • Female candidates can choose light colored denim pants and half sleeve t-shirt; However, the buttons of the shirt should be of medium size.
  • Female candidates are not allowed to wear kurti during the examination.
  • Leggings and palazzos are not allowed for female candidates in the examination.
