Two Love Island stars dumped from show in twist that 'sent shockwaves' through villa

Love Island viewers are in for a wild ride on Sunday night as two contestants have reportedly been dumped in a twist that 'sent shockwaves through the villa'.

Fans have already been witnessing the drama from the aftermath of Casa Amor, which saw Ayo dump Mimii for Jessica and Ciaran get into an argument with bombshell Ellie after he realised he once slid into her DMs. Dumped contestants Diamanté and Lucy also took Matilda and Uma out of the villa to tell them what happened in Casa Amor.

However, more is still to come with a reported dumping on the horizon. It is understood that they were dumped on Friday night but viewers won't be able to see who left until Sunday night. Their interviews with host Maya Jama are reportedly being aired on Aftersun right after the episode ends.

"Two Islanders were dumped from the villa last night in an epic elimination the couples weren't expecting," a source claimed. "It has already sent shock waves through the Majorca mansion as the islanders weren't expecting it."

The source added to The Sun: "With no new episode until Sunday night bosses behind the scenes are desperate to keep the identity of the two stars under wraps until the dramatic episode is broadcast." The Mirror have contacted ITV for comment. On Friday night, Ciara clashed with Ellie and ended up calling her 'an absolute doughnut'.

The Welsh Islander found love with Nicole while in the ITV2 villa but they were rocked when a fresh batch of singletons arrived during Casa Amor. It was revealed Ciaran knew Ellie when she entered the series earlier this week and wasn’t sure whether the pair had slept together.

"I think I slid into her DMs. I don’t think she’s one of the 120," he boasted. Ellie also confessed that the pair had met in the past. During the episode, Nicole wanted to find out how Ellie knows Ciaran. Ellie revealed: “It was on and off messaging for a good few months” before confirming that the two had actually met before on a night out. Nicole admitted Ciaran never told her that as Ellie replied: “I had a feeling he’d downplay it slightly…”

He tried to set the record straight and Ellie said: "I never said anything happened between us, you just weren't honest about..." He quickly responded: "What wasn't I honest about." Ellie replied: "You said it was a couple of DMs. I thought you would have elaborated on the whole..." Ciaran insisted: "You made it out to be as if there was way more between us." Ellie hit back: "I am not being dishonest, I have sang your praises to her."

Ciaran fumed: "It is the past, I don't remember saying that to you." Ellie responded: "Okay you don't remember a lot to be fair." He told her to "enlighten" him as Ellie recalled they saw each other on a night out and that Ciaran had asked her to dance. She fumed: "You literally sent me videos of your dogs on Snapchat."

The Welshman insisted they did not have "months worth of messages" before walking away. He then fumed: "Stirring the pot," before adding: "Shut up, you absolute doughnut."
