Rob Kardashian's rarely-seen daughter, 7, makes modelling debut at New York Fashion Week

Dream Kardashian made her catwalk debut days after launching her official Instagram account.

The seven-year-old is the daughter of reality stars Rob Kardashian, 37, and Blac Chyna - who more recently has been known to go by her real name, Angela Renée White, 36. And it seems Dream is running fast in the footsteps of her parents as she is taking to the runways in New York.

Dream - who is also the granddaughter of Kardashians matriarch Kris Jenner, 68 - was a model at the Zues & Lexi Kids fashion show in the Big Apple on Saturday. Sharing footage from the event on Sunday, the brand wrote on Instagram: "@zeusandlexikids presentation at @artheartsfashion | Featuring Dream Kardashian’s (@dream) NYFW Runway debut!"

Dream herself had informed her social media followers - which have risen above 660,000 in the two days since she launched it - about her plans to hit the runway. In a post that she shared ahead of the fashion show, she wrote: "Walking my first fashion show in NYC… I’m so excited. Thank you @zeusandlexikids."

Dream's Instagram page was opened on Friday with a video clip showing her announcing: "Hi! My name is Dream, and welcome to my new page!" She also wrote alongside the short clip: "Welcome to my page." Her father was among the first to comment on the post, writing: "I love you" alongside a number of heart and crying emojis. Her launch into social media stardom comes just a few weeks after her mother hinted she was keen to avoid Dream gaining fame at such a young age.

Chyna/Anglea appeared to take issue with the fact music featuring Dream's vocals had been released - although it was not available for anyone to buy. Back at the beginning of July, the reality star shared a clip of the track featuring her daughter's voice via her own Instagram account.

But when she was asked about it by Entertainment Weekly, the reality star snapped: "It is no song. You can't stream it, you can't do none of that. It's not a song that is released." She went on to explain that Dream's dabble in music was more about exploring her strengths.

She said: "Dream is just, she's learning different things about herself, and I think this is just one of the things." At the same time, rap star Derrick Milano, who Chyna has been dating for the past year, revealed he helped Dream to work on the track. He disclosed to ET: "Yes, but she did the writing. Me and my friend produced it, but she killed it."

Rob and Chyna famously dated in 2016, becoming engaged that May, but they explosively split the following year. She also shares a son named King Cairo, 11, who she shares with ex, Tyga, 34.
