WAG has posted on social media for the first time since her old foe 's reality TV news broke.

Over the weekend it was reported that for the 2024 offering of ... Get Me Out of Here! - a reality TV series

bosses are said to be hoping Coleen will spill the beans on the Wagatha Christie saga during her time in the jungle later this year. Rebekah, wife of Leicester City footballer Jamie Vardy, took Coleen to court for libel when she was accused of leaking stories from Coleen's private social media account to the press.

Ironically, one of the fake stories Coleen planted on her Instagram Stories only viewable to Rebekah's Instagram implied the Scouse star was considering a stint in the jungle. Rebekah lost the case in 2022, with the judge ruling there was enough evidence to support Coleen's claims. More recently,

Since reports Coleen signing up for I'm A Celebrity gained traction over the weekend, Rebekah has been pretty quiet on social media. But posting to her Stories on Monday night, Rebekah shared a quote with her 388,000 followers which reads: "Some people are mad at you because you are not suffering the way they expected you to. May God keep disappointing them." The mum-of-five added two laughing emojis to the update and penned: "Literally..."

Reports suggest that Coleen could earn more than Nigel Farage's £1.5million fee, as ITV bosses are hoping she'll spill the beans on the court case, famously dubbed Wagatha Christie. Despite a documentary already covering the legal feud between the two high-profile WAGs, it's hoped that Coleen will reveal some juicy behind-the-scenes details.

An insider told The Sun on Sunday: "I'm A Celeb bosses have pulled off a huge coup getting Coleen for the jungle this year and the team are thrilled to have her on board. She's always been a massive fan of the show and loves watching it with her boys. ITV are over the moon that the stars have aligned this year and she can fit it in. The series is set to be one of the best yet." The source added: "Coleen has a huge fanbase and she won massive plaudits for her classy handling of the Wagatha Christie case."

This legal drama dates back to 2019 when Coleen accused Rebekah of leaking stories about her, which was confirmed "substantially true." by a judge in 2022. And as the saga continued, after Rebekah contested Coleens hefty £1.8million legal bill, another legal decision dropped earlier this week commanding Rebekah to fork out an additional £100,000 within three weeks. Addressing the details, Senior costs judge Andrew Gordon-Saker remarked: "I think there is some scope for a further payment on account so the defendant (Mrs Rooney) is not kept out of her costs, and I think that should be no more than £100,000."

Neither nor attended the hearing, which addressed several preliminary matters ahead of a detailed "line by line" costs assessment scheduled for a later date. Judge Saker remarked that this should happen early next year, urging: "The parties need to get on with this and put it behind them. Realistically, it (the line-by-line assessment) is probably going to be next year, hopefully early next year."

Coleen Rooney had deliberately posted stories on her private Instagram account to identify the leak. She accused Rebekah Vardy of leaking a story to The Sun about her trip to Mexico for "gender selection". Other stories used by Coleen to pinpoint the source included her planning a TV comeback and a flood in her basement. The judge previously stated it was "likely" that Rebekah's agent Caroline Watt relayed information to the newspaper and was aware and approved of such actions.
