Nicolas Cage's son Weston Cage is reportedly being investigated by police following allegations he got into a physical altercation with his mother.
The 33-year-old allegedly attacked his mum Christina Fulton last Sunday evening while he was at her home in Los Angeles. Weston has now been named as a suspect in a battery report involving Christina, according to reports.
The pair are alleged to have gotten into a verbal dispute while at Christina's home. This then allegedly turned into a physical fight. An ambulance is said to have been dispatched to Christina's house, although no one was taken to the hospital.

Police sources told TMZ the alleged incident is now being investigated as a possible felony battery. Currently, no arrests have been made.
A source close to Christina also told the publication she had simply been helping her son while he dealt with an emotional moment. They said she "refutes the notion there was an argument" and asked for privacy at this time.
Christina was spotted at a parking meter on Sunday, with pictures obtained by TMZ showing huge bruises on her eye and forehead. The pictures also showed the actress to have slight yellow discoloration on her cheek.
Weston has had a turbulent relationship with his mum over the years. Back in 2011, he spent time in a Los Angeles hospital where he was treated while on a psychiatric hold.
Before his release, Christina asked a doctor to recommend he stayed at the centre for a further two weeks. Issuing a statement in response, Weston said he didn't want his mother to be involved in his care.
"I am an adult. I don't want to have anything to do with my mother. Any problems that I have ever had is because of the relationship that I had with my mother," he said in a statement issued through his father's lawyer.
Weston also filed a restraining order against his mother in 2020. However, the case was dismissed the next month after Weston failed to appear in court.
