Ahead of her big night, Maya teased fans by showing off her 2024 festive costume. With huge shoulder pads and shocking green hair, the star took inspiration from the recent hit film Beetlejuice Beetlejuice to dress as the fictitious niece of the iconic Hollywood film character.

Posing in her striped suit outfit, Maya showed off her Halloween costume and offered some insight into the thought process behind her 2024 outfit creation. She wrote on : "Beetlejuice was one of my favourite films growing up & I wanted to be his sidekick so bad."

Going on to describe her outfit as "Beetlejuice’s Unruly Niece", the star added: "Happy Halloweeeeen. SO EXCITED FOR TONIGHT." A couple of hours later, the star was ready to party at an exclusive location in London.

Maya always promises her guests a fun night and previously shared why she hopes her famous pals can forget their problems for a night of frights and frolics. She told Cosmopolitan previously: "I throw a big Halloween party every year – it’s just a fun time for people to dress up and let their hair down."

Maya is single for spooky season 2024 after splitting from on-off boyfriend Stormzy for good earlier this year. The couple released a statement back in July - sharing a statement that made it clear they have no intention of ever reconciling.

The couple wrote online: "We've been laughing whilst drafting this because we never, ever, in a million years thought we'd be the couple announcing a break-up. But for the sake of clarity and, more importantly, to allow us the space and grace that's needed for us both to be able to navigate this next bit of our lives with peace, we thought it might be best to. We fell madly in love in 2014, broke up in 2019, and then spent five years manoeuvring life apart.

"We decided to try for the final time in August 2023, and we've spent this past year trying our best to make it work; however, we recently decided to call it quits. We were 21 and 20 when we first met – both at the beginning of our careers – and spent five years growing together and five years growing separately, so this final attempt required a whole lot of figuring out, relearning, and unlearning. We tried, and it didn't work, and that's okay."
