Shocking images show the moment a was hit by a huge wave and swept out to sea while posing for a photo.
Roni Josua Simanjuntak, 20, is feared dead after he was swept out to sea at around 8.30am on Sunday. He had been walking on the rocks with his friends on the coast. One of his pals filmed him stood perilously close to the edge as the large wave suddenly hit the rocks, sending spray high into the air.
His friends had meanwhile posed for at a safer distance. In the new clip, Roni is seen holding his arms aloft just before he is covered by the crashing wave and dragged out to sea. At least one other person is knocked off the rocks and into the water, and onlookers are heard laughing before realising that Roni has gone missing.

Roni remained missing on Wednesday afternoon. Authorities said they will continue searching for him for a total of seven days, but believe it is unlikely he survived in the choppy sea.
He went missing at Kedung Tumpang Beach in East Java, located next to the Indonesian island of Bali. Roni, who originally comes from Medan in North Sumatra, studies at the English Village in the town of Pare in East Java, and on the morning of the accident he had visited the coast with 15 fellow English students.
The water was initially calm and some students even enjoyed a swim - but the sea began to swell minutes later while several students were posing for snaps on the rocks. Since Roni’s disappearance, choppy conditions at sea are said to have been complicating the search operation. A spokesperson for the National Search and Rescue Agency said: “The waves have been between 6.5 and 14 feet (two and four metres) in height, creating a huge obstacle for our team.”
