Love Is Blind star reveals pregnancy and shares very first bump photo with fans

Love Is Blind stars Amber and Mark Barnett have announced they are expecting their first child together.

Amber, who met Mark on the popular reality TV show back in 2018, posted a snap of herself in a cute bikini, showing off her growing baby bump. Standing by a lavish pool, she captioned the post: "Just to confirm : No, you weren’t seeing things. Yes, I am pregnant."

The news was first announced on The Love Seat podcast hosted by Lauren and Cameron Hamilton, who also appeared on the first series of the reality dating show. Amber dropped the bombshell when she explained earlier this week: "I sent myself back to school because I felt like we were in a place where I could do that. I had the support, and I was mentally there. And then over summer break he just went and knocked me up."

In response, Lauren could not contain her excitement and said: "There's a baby Barnett on the way!" And Cameron chimed in adding: "I'm ready to be the uncle." As the series was drawing to a close, Mark had three romantic interests to choose from including Jessica Batten, Lauren 'LC Chamblin, and Amber.

And while viewers will remember that it looked as though he was set to propose to Lauren Chamblin, Amber came in and stole his heart. The couple wed in the final episode which was filmed in November 2018 but aired two years later. And it looks as though their marriage has clearly gone from strength to strength.

Posting a picture of herself pregnant for the first time, Amber looked the picture of happiness as she gently touched her growing bump, dressed in a matching two-piece bikini. And fans rushed to the comment section of her post. One person said: "This chapter of your life going to be the best chapter watch motherhood is an amazing thing amazing feeling congratulations to yall both." Another person added: "Congrats!!! You look radiant!"

While on the podcast, host Lauren asked Amber if "baby Barnett" was the result of the couple celebrating Mark's party. And Amber coyly replied: "It might have been during Cam's birthday party — it might have already been. So little baby B might come out ready to throw down with us."

During the After the Altar reunion show in 2021, Amber had made it clear that starting a family was firmly on her mind but at the time, Mark appeared reluctant. His reason was that he was still living with his roommate as he had just sold his house in order to pay off Amber's student loans.
