Driver left with nasty surprise on his car after taking wife to the doctors

Most of us have been there; you head out to an appointment expecting smooth sailing a quick in-and-out, and then back home. But for one guy, what should have been a standard trip with his wife to the doctor's turned into absolute mayhem.

Keeping his identity under wraps, the bemused man took to social media platform X, previously known as Twitter, to share his bafflement. His post, which quickly caught fire online, featured a picture showcasing the rude awakening that greeted him post-appointment.

The photograph exposed a note slathered in insults that left the car owner pretty gobsmacked. He just couldn't fathom the vitriol thrown his way.

The brutal message read: "You parked like a smooth-brained stupid sack of s***. You know you did, so why didn't you fix the abysmal parking job or find a new spot? Was it stupidity, selfishness or both? Seek help," reports the Manchester Evening News.

This outrageous note instantly became a hot topic on various social platforms, igniting hefty debate and curiosity about the circumstances leading up to this point.

One social media sleuth hypothesised: "I wonder if it was on someone else's car and they moved it over to yours."

Chiming in, another person critiqued: "I mean in the bad parking Olympics, you barely qualified. You certainly didn't place in the top three. I think you should just dispose of your 'award'. Someone was having a bad day! " And commenting on the extreme effort taken by the anonymous critic, an observer noted: "It always impresses me how mad someone has to be to actually go through with something like this."

"This dude had to find paper and a pen, write a paragraph, maybe give it a once over to re-stoke their anger and then slap it on your car. That's a long time to be seething over something so benign."

People questioned the rationale behind the incident as images of the vehicle suggested it wasn't badly parked. Compared to some parking blunders seen by most, it didn't seem to be a big "crime".

One person quipped: "Maybe they wrote a bunch of these notes ahead of time and keep a stack in their car for any occasion."

Another queried: "Is it normal to casually have graph paper on you?".

Others seized the chance to share stories of their own run-ins with overly irate drivers. One social media user shared an experience, saying: "Once I took my dad to a doctor's appointment. The parking lot was full except for one open space."

"The other cars were parked over the lines, so of course I also had to park over the lines by default."

"When we came out, the cars on either side of me were gone and there was a note on my windshield: 'YOU ARE A PARKING LOT HOG! LEARN HOW TO PARK!".
