David de Gea sends another message to Erik ten Hag after Man Utd sacking

And De Gea sent another message to Ten Hag on Thursday as he once again proved he still has what it takes to compete at the highest level, with the 33-year-old producing a string of fine saves to keep a clean sheet and earn Fiorentina all three points.

The victory saw Fiorentina move up to fourth in Serie A and manager Raffaele Palladino was delighted with the result. "It was a hard-fought and dirty victory. It was a difficult match," Palladino said.
