Daniel Levy's Tottenham long-term plans 'outlined' after meeting abroad

Tottenham Hotspur owner has reportedly held talks with Belgian outfit Westerlo about a possible collaboration.

According to , Levy, chief football officer Scott Munn and technical director met with Westerlo vice-chairman Hasan Cetinkaya in Instanbul before Tottenham's defeat to Galatasaray this week.
