Chelsea are reportedly in the running for an England Under-21 star as the summer transfer window rolls on.
The Blueshave already been busy in the transfer market this summer with the arrival of Liam Delap from Ipswich Town.
Enzo Maresca's side are currently at the Club World Cup in the United States, but it's not stopping them from making moves in the transfer window. Chelsea are looking to sign Jamie Gittens from Borussia Dortmund, having already had a £42million opening offer rejected.

Now a fresh update has emerged which has claimed that Chelsea are showing an interest in a Liverpool player this summer.
Caught Offside have claimed that Harvey Elliott is a player being monitored by Chelsea as they follow developments for the midfielder's future at Liverpool.
Elliott has been heavily linked with a move away from the Merseyside club this summer, and now it seems that Chelsea could be a potential destination for the England Under-21 international.
The report claims that Elliott would consider a move away from Liverpool if the opportunity arose, with Chelsea and Brighton listed as the two clubs that could sign the £50million-rated playmaker. Newcastle, Aston Villa and Dortmund have also been mentioned in the report as having an interest in Elliott.
If Chelsea were to complete the signing of Elliott, it could be a repeat of a deal that the Blues secured two years ago. It was in the summer of 2023 that the Blues signed Cole Palmer from Manchester City in a deal worth £42.5million.
Chelsea signed Palmer at a time when Man City had just won the Premier League title but still sanctioned the exit of one of their most talented youngsters.
If Liverpool were to allow Elliott not only to leave Anfield but also to sign for Chelsea, it could see the Blues repeat a similar transfer strategy to when they brought Palmer to Stamford Bridge two years ago.
