Britney Spears' mom Lynne says she'll 'always be there' for her daughter despite singer's accusation

Britney Spears' mother was seen for the first time since her daughter's incident in Los Angeles.

The singer was staying at the Chateau Marmont hotel in Los Angeles when an ambulance was called after reports that Britney was injured following an explosive fight. She sparked major concern among her fans and sources from the hotel claimed they feared she was experiencing a mental breakdown similar to the one she had back in 2007 before she was placed under a conservatorship.

Britney posted a picture of her swollen foot on Instagram Thursday, blaming her mother for the ambulance being called. She wrote: "I know my mom was involved !!! I haven’t talked to her in 6 months and she called right after it happened before the news being out !!! I was set up just like she did way back when !!!"

Lynne Spears was recently seen at arriving at LAX on Friday. She was on the phone and wearing a yellow top with a denim jacket, olive green pants and nude sandals that matched her travel luggage.

According to the Daily Mail, Lynne was asked if she would "always be there" for Britney "no matter what." She nodded. Britney putting the blame on her mother could come to a shock for some as it was reported that the two were rekindling their relationship.

In December 2023. Lynne's friend shared a photo on social media of the mother and daughter celebrating Britney's birthday together. They were seen cuddling together on a sofa. The friend captioned the photo: "Happy birthday to you @britneyspears I am so happy you and your Momma are together at last here's to healing and a life of happiness, freedom and bonds that will never be broken!"

A source told TMZ: "Lynne and Britney are definitely in a better place.” After attending the party, Lynne spent the night at Britney's house. They added: "They were two peas in a pod."

Lynne and Britney were estranged over the years of her conservatorship, which was controlled by her father Jamie Spears. Britney did not hold back in her memoir The Woman In Me when it came to her mother. She wrote about the negative experiences she had with her mother throughout her childhood.
