BREAKING: Alpine confirm Mercedes engine partnership after shutting down F1 power unit project

Alpine have confirmed they will use Mercedes engines from 2026.

The announcement comes after Renault announced its plan to shut down its own power unit programme. Enstone-based Alpine will now become a customer team and the tie-up with Mercedes has been expected for some time.
